What is Off-site Administrator?
Off-site Administrator is the service where we do the administration
for you!
Why use Off-site Administrator?
Off-site Administrator allows OSHC coordinators to focus on the
children in their care. Coordinators no longer have to worry about the
administration - we take care of it!
With Off-site Administrator, you do not have any problems with staff
changeover. The administration still gets done even if you are changing
coordinators.
With Off-site Administrator, you do not have to invest in computer
hardware, software or ongoing costs associated with operating your own
computer system to manage your administration.
How does Off-site Administrator work?
We collect all the data relevant to your service and set it up on our
computer system. Then we send you customised attendance rolls and
Off-site Administrator forms.
STEP ONE
You fax your completed attendance rolls to us each day and payments,
CCB and enrolment information each week.
STEP TWO
We send you an account balance report by fax or e-mail, listing the
current account balance for every family using the service.
STEP THREE
We send you invoices, reports, receipts and updated attendance rolls.
STEP FOUR
At the end of each term we send a Child Care Benefit Statement of
Child Care Usage report (on disk) to the Family Assistance Office.
STEP FIVE
The OSHC staff spend more time with the children!
